School librarians create environments that promote reading and prepare students to be effective users of information and innovative users of technology. Our annual conference will be held October 23-25, 2024 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Bay City, Michigan.

*​When you make a hotel reservation it will automatically add the 11% tax, regardless if you are tax-exempt or not, but when you check in, please provide the tax-exempt form from the school (or this can be sent ahead of time) and we can take the tax off upon check in. (If it is a different tax-exempt form than the one on file.) Just let us know which check ins will need the tax removed; we can have a list ready to go when your group starts to arrive. The card used to pay for the room would have to be a corporate card or a check directly from the school. If you need an invoice to let you know how much it will be we can provide that to you in advance!
